Always excellent customer service with etrailer.co My first set of cable chains arrived quickly and fit perfectly. Be sure to order the rubber adjusters. They are very convenient, worth every penny. This is my second set of cable chains, the first for a front wheel drive Venture, the 2nd for an AWD Safari. Even though it's AWD, the cable chains on the rear really improve traction. Be sure to always follow the manufacturer's "speed limits" when using this product to prevent catastrophic failure! Read all info supplied and enjoy your enhanced mobility!28082

The tire cables look to be of quality. Have yet to use them. The bag they cam in looked nice, until I un-zipped the bag and the whole zipper assembly came apart in my hand. Had to use needle nose pliers to open the zipper. Other than that one default everything else seems to be in order. Fast shipping 25877

No question that these cables get the job done. Saved Christmas, went 30 miles in AWD Pacifica with all 4 wheels in cables. Handles snow pack perfectly. Also returned home to 12" powder on steep driveway(15 degree with hairpin turns) and unloaded all passengers in the garage!! Nothing less than amazing, assuming the driver has experience with snow conditions. I now have similar cables for both other vehicles. Don't forget the rubber tensioners, keeps everything secure and quiet.6352
