My Yakima "naked roof" roof rack was easy to install because the Yakima instructions were very good and when I called etrailer to clarify some details the etrailer rep found my answers very quickly. Evidently, she knew where to look and was familiar with the product I was calling about, which was excellent. The only thing that would have improved my experience is if Yakima or etrailer.com had clarified, in instructions with shipment, that the Yakima Q-83 (for Honda CR-Z) Q-Clips n pads would also work with my CR-V. Yakima lists Q-131 for a CR-V in literature with shipment, so I had to call etrailer to make sure I could use the part shipped with my car. 49964
