• I spoke with my contact at Derale, and he informed me that the Derale 4-Pass Tube-Fin Power Steering Cooler, part # D13212, does not have turbulators in the tubes. I also asked him if this would work on the hydraulic system of your Scag lawn mower, and he said that the # D13212 would work as it is pressure tested to 350 psi.
