Necessary mounting/holding stand for use of Camco RV/marine water filter if unable to mount internally. The inside diameter of the ring could be smaller to cleanly hold the filter cartridge, however it works despite being a 'sloppy' fit. Adequate length and strength of steaks for ground to hold cartridge and hoses without falling over.297749

Everything arrived quickly as promised. The only problem was the packaging. In addition to tapping up the box, it was also stapled and they were a giant pita to remove. I thought it was overkill but you may have a policy to do that based on box weigh. Love the new style leveling blocks and the tee handle for storage.659135

I suppose if you’re a full timer you would probably want an installed water filter system but for those that camp throughout the summer these filters are perfect. I change mine midway thru the season and these workout great. The included flex hose certainly helps when the spigot is too low to the ground or for hooking directly to your RV.1042153

Thanks the product is ok However I am not happy with the taste of the water. I think the real problem is with the water tubing in our RV. We still use the filter as we can not be sure what water we are getting when we are in a camp ground. If you have any advice please let me know.567213

I've not had our water tested, so my evaluation of this product is based on water taste and smell. The filter seems to work quite well. It's important to get the filter properly oriented when connecting-up. These filters are extremely popular but I notice that a fair % of ones I see on RV's are installed backwards. Note the arrow on the filter body rather than the shape of the filter when hooking-up. Also, these are not lifetime products. There's a place on on the filter body to write the date of installation/first use.922572
