- I pulled the CIPA ATV Handlebar Mirror, part # CM11132 from our warehouse. Where the mirror attaches to the arm, there is a swivel point that allows the mirror to be adjusted up, down, in, or out. Part # CM11132 installs inside the end of the handlebar just like the mirror your friend has.

- I am not sure what you mean by fold over, on the ATV mirrors, so I pulled the CIPA ATV Handlebar Mirror, # CM11132, and produced a short video showing how that mirror works for you to check out, see link.
The mirror housing is adjustable on a ball joint and the handle bar end can be adjusted in the handle bar tube. There is also adjustment of the mirror arm that can be made by loosening and tightening a Phillips head adjustment screw near the handle bar end.

- The CIPA ATV Handlebar Mirror, # CM11132, fits into the end of the handlebars on either side. In order for it to fit, the ends of the handlebars will have to have an opening. If the inside diameter of the opening is between 0.63 (5/8) and 0.73 (3/4) inches, the mirror will fit. There is a tension screw that manipulates an anchor on the inside to hold it in place.

- No, the CIPA ATV Handlebar Mirror, # CM11132, does not roll back over your hand to provide clearance and/or protection on either side of the handlebars.
This mirror sticks out a total of 10 inches past the handle bar on each side of the ATV when positioned at the widest setting. I attached a short video showing how the mirror can be mounted.
