• Can the Pop and Lock Powered Tail Gate Lock be Opened if it Fails in the Locked Position
  
• Presumably if you have a bed cover of some kind, even if it locks, you would be able to open it because it has its own separate keys. Then you would get into the bed and have to remove the access panel on the tail gate to disengage the lock. If for whatever reason you could not get into the truck bed my contact at Pop and Lock said there are 2 possible options.
