I went to my local Dodge Dealer to see if I could purchase a tailgate lock for my 2008 Dodge Ram 1500. To my surprise the parts counter person looked in his magic book of parts and could not come up with one go figure. I went on line to see what was out there in cyber land and came up with your website. Typed in tailgate lock for dodge ram and bam just what the Dr. Ordered,I ordered it on a Friday and it arrived Today Wednesday. So far very pleased with prompted service and the quality of product I ordered looks like OEM replacement except with lockable feature. The instructions are very easy to follow. Very satisfied. It looks like the factory original and makes me mad that Dodge didnt spend the extra money to do it right the first time. It was fast and easy to install as the bedliner was a bigger pain to remove than the lock was to install. It looks like factory, locks well and secures the tailgate as advertised. I cannot stress how easy this product was to install and it is a superior product to the add on external locks like i have bought in the past. I am so proud I stumbled across this website and product! 31313

I am very satisfied with my purchase. It only took a few minutes to install and now I feel better about having things in the back of the truck with the tonneau cover closed. I only have a soft cover and I know someone could just cut the cover but still it does offer some security and keeps the honest person honest.
