The Pop & Lock is made of sturdy, armored steel to resist tampering.The black painted steel housing and trim around the lock complement your GMC Sierra's trim and give you a straight-from-the-factory look. This all-steel tailgate lock also offers more theft protection than tailgate locks with plastic housings. The lock mounts in the recess under your tailgate handle, so thieving varmints can't pop it out. The lock is raised slightly for convenient key access and to help prevent your fingers from being pinched. And it installs easily using basic tools - no welding or drilling is necessary.

The lock was easy to install. Only took 15 minutes and that was because I couldn't get the old bolt out. After install, it worked exactly as advertisedd and locked the tailgate. Good product.6318

This lock was so easy to install. The screw got me nervous because its one of those "once it goes it, you can't take it out" type bolt. I had it installed in 2 minutes flat and works perfectly. I was absolutely amazed on how fast the shipping was and I would definitely recommend e-trailer. My new supply store for all my trailering needs. Thank you so much.79589

Without a doubt the best online buying experience I ever had. The website was easy to navigate finding exactly what I needed was a breeze. This is a great gadget! Works OK unless you have an add-on (chrome) bezel that has been bolted in. The bolt has to be removed to get the lock to work. My bad.65827
