- In the case of the 921 bulb style, you will not necessarily get a brighter light with an LED model like the Putco PURE Premium 921 Wedge LED Bulbs, # P230921W360, that you mentioned. In my opinion the light from this light is whiter than the light from and incandescent bulb like the replacement 921 bulb, # 30-90-021, which has a more yellow tone to it.
I feel that the incandescent bulb provides more light for working on close tasks and the LED light provides better overall light coverage.

- LED bulbs in general draw a much smaller percentage of power than incandescent bulbs so the Putco PURE Premium 921 Wedge LED Bulb, # P230921W360, will draw less power than the incandescent bulb, # 30-90-021.
I do not have the specific amperage rating for each of these bulbs, but I can tell you that the typical 921 incandescent bulb draws approximately 1.4 amps and the typical 921 LED bulb draws only .4 amps. That should give you an idea of how they compare to each other.
