This customizable, truck-bed-mounted ladder rack allows you to carry a variety of loads up to 250 lbs. The rack has telescoping support arms that extend inward over the bed to handle wider loads or tilt upward for more clearance in the truck bed.

- Will the CG-901 Ladder Rack and Tool Box Both Fit on a Ford Ranger
- If you have an over the bed rails style of tool box then the Pilot Automotive Ladder Racks, item # CG-901, will not work unless the tool box is moved rearward enough to allow room for the ladder rack once it is installed.
If you have a inside the bed tool box you may need to move the box rearward for installation depending on the size and construction of the tool box.

- Composite Truck Beds 2007 Toyota Tacoma
- I spoke with my contact at Pilot regarding the Bully Adjustable Ladder Rack for Full-Size and Compact Trucks, # CG-901. He stated that this rack is not intended for a composite bed on your 2007 Toyota Tacoma, but there are some steps you will can take to reinforce it. Using extra hardware is a good start but he recommended longer bolts and flat and lock washers at the bolt head and on the nut side.
He also recommended using tube spacers. For reference take a look at the ones pictured with # R

- According to my contact at Pilot Automotive, the Bully Adjustable Ladder Rack, part # CG-901 can indeed be installed on a truck with a bed liner. You would need to drill through the bed liner and into the top of the bed rail to attach the ladder rack (assuming that the bed liner covers the top of the bed rail). If you have a tool box in your bed that covers the top of the bed side rail, you might need to move the box rearward a few inches to allow clearance for the rack upright.

- Because the Chevy Avalanche has a unique bed design, there are no ladder racks that will fit it. What you can do is add a roof rack, see link, and also use a trailer hitch, like # C15524 if needed, and use the Thule Goalpost, # TH997, and achieve the same effect.
Or, you could use a universal roof rack single bar, # DTA968, the hitch, and Goalpost, which would be more economical than a complete roof rack.
