Install this aluminum mesh headache rack on your Ford F-150, F-250, F-350 and you'll gain cab protection plus a ladder rack for carrying long loads. The headache rack is constructed of heavy-duty, 2-3/4 inch mesh aluminum tubing that helps the rack absorb impacts.
A cutout at the top prevents the rack from blocking your third brake light. The aluminum rear rack pairs with the front rack to carry ladders, lumber or pipes to your job site.
Both the front and rear racks have two adjustable tie-down brackets. These brackets slide along the top and sides of your rack to provide tie-down points for securing your freight or act as load stops for your cargo. When you want to move a tie-down bracket, just loosen the knob on the anchor, then slide it along the track to position it where you need it. Tighten the knob to secure the tie-down in place. All four load stops can be removed if necessary.
Both racks have oval cutouts in the base, adding extra tie-down points at bed-rail level that make it easier to tame your cargo. The racks installs in your truck bed's stake pockets - no separate mounting kit or drilling is necessary. Light mounting platforms and additional tie-down brackets (sold separately) are also available and install easily into the rack channels.
