Today we're going to review part number IMF17727, these are the RodBunk Deluxe Fishing Rod Carrying System for Truck, SUV or Van. This system is designed to suspend between the garment hooks or grab handles in the ceiling of your vehicle are often found above the doors in the backseats of SUVs or vans or you can also use it between the rails of your truck beds. The sturdy nylon strap will extend from 30 inches all the way up to 65 inches allowing it to fit a wide variety of vehicles. Snap lock connectors will basically connect to the garment hook of each, on the side of each vehicle. And then on the strap itself are seven integrated loops which will allow you to lay your fishing rods in those loops and then they will Velcro close. So basically this would be hanging in the ceiling of your vehicle and to adjust the width on in it, you would just push in the button and you could pull out on it or you can pull it to tighten it up.
The snap hook does have a keeper on it which will prevent the strap from being disconnected from the hooks. Now the mounting hardware that is included with it will contain hooks that can be used on your garment hook or grab handles. Basically what you would do is remove the screw that's holding your hook right now. Use this screw with this hook attached. And if you put one of these on each end of the vehicle it will allow you to hook on the snap hook of the strap.
Again, the capacity, it will hold seven fishing rods with reels. The length fully extended would be 65 inches, fully collapsed would be 30 inches. And that should do it for part number IMF17727.

The RodBunk delux turned out to be much nicer than I expected. There wasn't anything cheap about the materials used. Prior to purchase I was somewhat concerned that my rods would slide out of the Velcro loops when accelerating but that turned out to be a non issue. I'm very pleased with the the purchase.75129

It looks like exactly how it was shown.My problem is a Honda Fit , might not be the perfect vehicle for such. Not your fault. By the way, it does go down to 30" and even more if you modify it. Product is made great with great materials.62992
