EXCELLENT Customer service!!! This is the second time I have ordered from etrailer and am very satisfied with not only my purchases, but the customer service I received. I had ordered the wrong size on a product and etrailer caught it. Then, my order was held until it was confirmed with me. Most companies wouldn't be so observant!
