Today well be demonstrating the 20 by 36 cargo carrier for inch and a quarter trailer hitches designed for ATVs, part number TR65855 on our 2012 Polaris Sportsman 500. This cargo carrier will extend your ATVs carrying capacity. It can carry up to 50 pounds on ATVs or 150 pounds for vehicles. Its overall platform dimensions are 36 inches long by 20 1/8 inches wide by three inches tall. The inside platform dimensions are 36 inches long by 19 7/8 inches wide by two and three quarter inches tall. It will fit most inch and a quarter square trailer hitch receivers.
The shank rises up to provide excellent ground clearance and it provides five inches of rise from the top of the hitch receiver opening to the platform. Youll notice that the platform is adjustable on the shank. This will allow you to move the platform depending on what youre carrying. Youll notice that the sides of the cargo carrier have cutouts which will allow you to put straps in and secure your cargo. The distance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the closest edge of the carrier is adjustable, from five and a half inches to 11 inches.
This carriers perfect to load onto your ATV, where you can then load your cargo and head into the campground, out to the deer stand, or head up the mountain for a fishing trip. Carrier is just what I needed for my smaller car(Golf). The 5 inch rise works out very good. I have already hauled brush and bags of mulch and soil. Well made product that works fine with the Etrailer hitch purchased recently.43592

The product came very fast and was as advertized. It was well finished and the packaging protected it well in shipping. I assembled it and fitted it on my Mini - it is a great fit as it is narrow to still allow visibilty of the rear light but still good storage capacity. Great product and good service57770

I just received my new cargo carrier, it was a class one type carrier. I plan to use it on my 2010 Kia Soul, This summer to carry some extra things, we need. It was an ATV type carrier that had the extra height (ground clearance) I wanted. It was also adjustable to give the proper clearance between the bumper and the carrier. I woud highly recommend this carrier for anyone who needed a carrier for a smaller vehicle like my Kia. Please note I am very pleased with the great product and service, Thank You!10050
