- Pulling a Pop-Up Camper and Using a 4-Bike Hitch Mounted Bike Rack Behind a 1999 Dodge Caravan
- Depending on the size of the bikes and how many you intend to carry, turn clearance may become an issue, especially if the tongue of the trailer is relatively short.
There is another method to tow and use a bike carrier that will provide some more clearance and reduce the chance of the trailer hitting your bikes. You could use Curt Multi-Purpose Ball Mount, part # D210. This will set the bike rack up another 4-3/4 inches, plus you can use a standard hitch mounted bike rack that you could us

- Recommend A Bike Rack That Will Also Allow Me To Tow Pop-Up Camper Trailer
- I do have a solution for you to tow a trailer and carry your 4 bikes, but with your trailer setup, I would not recommend using the Swagman Folding 4 Bike Towing Rack # S64675. With an A-frame trailer tongue, the last bike mounted on the Swagman Towing Rack will be suspended above a portion of the trailer tongue. With your trailer having a propane tank mounted on the tongue, the last bike will more than likely prevent you from making sharp turns and reduce clearance needed to make turns.

- We do have options to both tow your pop-up camper and to carry 4 bikes at the same time, but you will not be able to raise the ball height using the Swagman 4-Bike Towing Rack # S64675 on your 2006 Toyota Sienna.
The bike rack I recommend is the Swagman Pop Up Camper Roof Mount 4 Bike Rack # S80550. It carries up to 4 bikes and mounts on the roof of most pop-up trailers and features foam bumpers to help prevent wear and tear on the campers roof and adjustable tire rails to accommodate 3 wheel

- Swagman Towing Bike Rack Recommendation for Carrying Kids Bikes
- For kids bikes I believe you would be better of getting the Swagman XP # S64975 bike rack because the frame cradles can be angled to better accommodate the sharper angles of the bike frames.
The Swagman Original # S64675 that you referenced is a great rack, but since the frame cradles cannot be angled it would not be ideal for carry kids bikes, or even womens bikes with horizontal top tubes.
If you check out the picture I attached you can see how the frame cradles of the # S64975 can be an

- Dual Hitch Reciever Recommendation for Carrying a Bike Rack and Flat Towing a 1997 Jeep Wrangler
- I believe I have a better solution for you to allow you to carry a bike rack and flat tow your 1997 Jeep Wrangler. I would recommend you get a dual hitch adapter like a Roadmaster Dual Hitch Receiver Adapter # RM-077-4. You could then use your tow bar on the lower opening and then carry a bike rack on the top opening.
For a 4 bike rack by Swagman that would work well with the # RM-077-4 check out the Swagman Trailhead 4 Bike Carrier # S63380. Check out the review video I attached for this pro

- What is the True Tongue Weight Capacity of Swagman Towing Bike Rack S64675
- I spoke with my contact at Swagman and she told me that you would have to subtract the weight of the rack and bikes to get the most accurate tongue weight capacity of the Swagman Original, # S64675.
So without bikes on the rack, your tongue weight with the rack installed would be 350 pounds. It has a gross trailer weight capacity of 3,500 pounds.
