- You are correct. For the Husky Liners cargo mat, # HL21442, the mat can be trimmed in the areas indicated in the instructions which I have linked for you to fit beneath the third row of seats. The seats will not go directly on top of the mat so the contours you see in the pictures are the areas you will need to trim so that the mat does not interfere with mounting the third row seats.
This mat is also available in tan, # HL21443, and in black, # HL21441.
