- There was a change in the design of the 2011 Ford Super Duties that will prevent the rail kit from your 2008 Ford F250 from being compatible with your 2011 Ford F250.
You could reuse the rails and rail bolts from your Valley hitch, but you will need a new installation kit. You will want the Reese Quick-Install Custom Bracket Kit # RP50073. - According to my contact at Valley Towing, the # V70550 you mention will not work with the 2012 Toyota Tundra. You would need to use the # V55151R.
Reese also makes a kit that would be compatible with a Valley 5th wheel hitch, part # RP30035-309.

Make sure that the tabs on the hitch where it mounts to the rails are approximately 22 inches apart on center front to back.
