Customer service was excellent. Product was back ordered, but etrailer kept me up to date on the progress and expected shipment date. Package arrive in great condition. Instructions were easy to follow and installation time was about four hours. Removing spare tire makes the installation much easier. 118114

First, your customer service rep was the best. She was extremely helpful and very pleasant. Secondly, the hitch shipped so fast (we were in a hurry for it) so that was very wonderful! We installed the product the same night as we received it, the instruction were very straight forward and made installation easy. And we're now ready to pick up our new fifth wheel. Thanks again for all of your help! These comments also apply to product RP30142 the fifth wheel hitch with wiring harness.48892

Went in very easily in a 2011 super duty long bed - by myself, installation took about five hours for hitch rails and in-bed 7 pin connector that came as a kit with 18K head, but i was moving slowly. Head unit came pre-assembled. The rails themselves are very heavy, much heavier than my old above bed rails - I have no doubt this will last forever. It'll be nice to have the whole bed of my truck without rails in the way - there is absolutely nothing that rises above the bed floor. 22506

  • 5th Wheel Recommendation for a 2012 Ford F-350 With Factory Trailer Tow Package Installed
  • I am working on the presumption that you have the trailer tow prep package installed in your 2012 Ford F350. To determine the height needed: level out your trailer and measure from the bottom of the pin box to the ground, then with your truck on a level surface measure from the floor of the bed to the ground. Subtract the truck distance from the trailer distance and that will be your height requirement. When picking a hitch, you can go one of two ways - you can use the puck mounted guid
