I used this item on an 2011 Chevy Silverado. The tip mounts by way of 3 adjustable (by bolt), radiused clamps. The clamps seemed to be sufficient to hold the product on by themselves. The exterior was nicely polished , looked very good,quality, not cheap. The inside of the unit is resonated and appeared once again to be manufactured well. It looks great on the vehicle as you can see in the pictures. The item seemed large out of the box but looks fantastic on the vehicle. The Bully Slant Resonated Exhaust Tip gets my recommendation. There was great communication by the sellers, e trailer. No problems at all. Smooth transaction. 31425

• I spoke with my contact at Pilot, and the # PM-5102 will have about 3-1/2 inches into which you can slide your existing exhaust without obstructing the resonator. You can slide the exhaust further through if you like, even as far as the end of the tip, but since you will be covering up some of the resonator inside the sound you get might not be as throaty.
