Today were going to review part number DH100. This is the Redline Plunger and Rubber Socket door holder. This part is designed to hold trailer doors open with ease by mounting one part to the door, the other to the side of your trailer and then when theyre pushed together, itll create a 2 5/8-inch gap between the trailer and the door when theyre being used. All of the metal pieces or parts on this are zinc-plated to resist rust and corrosion. This part can also be used on windows on your trailer. A few dimensions on this; the plunger overall height is 2 inches.
Overall height on the socket is 1 inch. Both of these pieces have two mounting holes already in them. Im going to give you the dimensions from center to center of the mounting holes. On the plunger would be 2 inches and on the socket part would be 2 inches center to center. There is a hard black rubber piece that is inserted in the socket part that is what this will connect to.
Basically, if we push this in there, theres the connection when the door would be open. Basically the gap between them would be 2 5/8 inches. That should do it for our review on part number DH100.

Works great. Had a cheap plastic one that broke in a year, this thing will last longer than the rest of the trailer. Just make sure that you mount it with good hardware and into a stud or frame. 14228
