The increased fluid capacity lets you use up to an additional quart of oil compared with the stock cover to boost cooling power and extend time between necessary changes. The integrated fins provide greater surface area for superior heat transfer and maximum cooling power. Thermal-conductive aluminum fins line the bottom of the inside of the cover to collect heat from the fluid. That heat is then transferred to the external fins, which allows the heat to dissipate out into the surrounding air.
