Aside from the easy installation that requires no tools, CIPA custom towing mirrors leave no marks or holes on your vehicle. They are fully adjustable and do not obstruct your existing mirror. CIPA mirrors are superior because of their quality construction. The mirror casing is made up of a thicker plastic, which makes them extremely durable and corrosion-resistant. CIPA also maintains the aerodynamic shape of your mirror to prevent wind noise or vibration.

Today, in our 2004 Ford 150 Heritage, were going to install the Cipa Custom Towing Mirrors, part number 11601. This mirror extension will be on the drivers side. To install our mirror, well first take the felt strip and put it on the shoe. The shoe is the wedge that will mount on the inside of the mirror. To install the felt strip well peel back the two-way adhesive, well put it across the face of the shoe that will touch the mirror. Now with that done we can go ahead and insert the shoe into the mirror, lining up the end of the shoe with the alignment tab, custom molded into the mirror.
Now with that in place were ready to go ahead and install the mirror extension onto the manufacturers mirror. Well slide it into place, and set it, and then well take the hand knob and secure our mirror extension to the manufacturers mirror. The hand knob will create a wedge effect, holding it in place. We can also repeat the same process on the passengers side, and thatll complete the install of the Cipa Custom Towing Mirror, part number 11601, on our 2004 Ford 150 Heritage Series. Mirrors were very easy to install. Fit good and tight with no vibration while traveling. The felt on the spacer should have been just a little wider, it leaves a line when you remove the mirror. I had just waxed the truck before using, so it wiped off fairly easy. I would have liked the mirror to have been about an inch bigger both in width and height but overall I was pleased with the purchase.23107

I am new at towing a camper that is larger than the width of my F-150. After reviewing all the towing mirrors, I decided on the CIPA Custom. They attached over my existing mirrors easily and rode steady. I noticed very little vibration, even on rough roads. Exceptional product for temporary use. 22757

I don't ever rate anything at 100%, but these mirrors are very close to it. They are easy and fast to install, and will work just fine when I haul my 5th wheel holiday trailer. The service I received from Etrailer.com was flawless, and my order arrived in just a couple of days. I'm happy !!14836
