Today on our 2010 Nissan Titan, well be installing the Hopkins Factory style seven and four way flat vehicle end trailer connector, part number n40975. To begin our install, well first locate the manufactures seven-pole wiring located behind the bumper. Well go ahead and pull it down as its just held up there by some tape. Then well remove the end cap by pressing on the locking tab, removing the cap, and discarding it as it will not be reinstalled.Next well need to mount the bracket for our new seven and four pole. Well take our bracket and attach it directly here to the bottom of the bumper using the self-taping screws provided with our install kit. Well go ahead and take the manufactures wiring connect it to the back of the new seven and four pole.
Well route the wire through the bracket, secure it into the back of the socket. Once weve made this connection, we can go ahead and install the new seven and four pole into the bracket making sure it locks in place.Next in this application, well need to install three relays; the relays will be installed under the hood in the fuse panel just behind the battery. To remove the fuse panel cover, well press on both locking tabs for either side and then pick up on the cover and set it aside. Now well go and install the relays, well install our blue relays first; the blue relays are identical, so well go ahead and install them directly under the white connectors in the fuse panel.Then well go ahead and install the brown relay which will match up with the brown connector. Now with our relays installed we can go ahead and reinstall the fuse panel cover.
This will complete the install of Hopkins factory style seven and four way vehicle end trailer connectors, part number n40975 on our 2010 Nissan Titan. .

Great product, but for the 2006 Nissan Armada, you need another blue relay to install under the steering column to the left. you have to remove the lower dash to be able to see it. There is a relay plug there that you need to put in a blue relay to make the running lights work.19471

Wow!!! From the time I opened the package to the time I was ready to hook up to the trailer was 13 minutes!!!! My '07 Armada needed the extra blue relay under the dash, but thanks to your forums and customer reviews I was prepared for that by the time the package arrived. I ordered on a Sunday night and even with a blizzard hitting your area of the US hard, I still had my parts by that following Friday morning!!! Easy to install on my 2010 Nissan Titan. All I had to do was plug it into the factory wiring. The only problem I ran into was there is a third relay that needs to be installed for this to work properly. Without it all of the trailer lights worked except for the running lights. I took my truck into a Nissan dealer and they added the relay, somewhere under the dash. 14769
