Quickly and easily install a 4-way trailer connector on your Jeep Grand Cherokee with this custom harness. T-connector plugs directly into existing wiring - no cutting, splicing or tapping required.

Installation
This custom-fit T-connector plugs into your Jeep Grand Cherokee's wiring harness, which is located behind the driver's-side and passenger's-side tail lights. You will have to remove the tail light assemblies to access this harness.
Once installation is complete, the 4-way connector will be stowed beneath your Jeep Grand Cherokee, near the trailer hitch. A mounting bracket (sold separately) is recommended to keep the connector secure.
It is recommended that you use a small amount of grease on all electrical connections - the plugs on your automobile and the 4-pole connector itself - to help prevent corrosion.

I liked the connections but I routed differently than the recommended way because the wires didn't seem long enough (even with all zip ties cut). Either way it still only took about 15 minutes to remove the lights, make the connections, route the wire, secure it and replace the taillights. 64872

Wiring Harness is Excellent, Plug&Play. On my 2013 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE LAREDO - I install it myself & learned about all the Nooks&Grannies in the rear of this JEEP. Roughted wiring harness through vent panels on the left & right rear side of the body, it took some searching with my fingers/hands, behind and under the bucket storage items. First - snaked a bendable wire through the panel/wholes to make sure that they arrived outside & inside the car skin - up to the rear tail lights & connect to the tail light wire. Everything working accordingly. No Blown Fuses. Jim C.63969
