I used the tire cover on my PT Cruiser compact spare and store it in the trunk. I show my car and didn't want the tire showing. The cover fit after warming it up in the over. Will Classic Accessories Spare Tire Cover CA80088 Fit a 4.80-12 Trailer Tire
A 4.80-12 trailer tire has a total diameter around 20.8 inches, so the # CA80088 Classic Accessories spare tire cover will fit. It is made for tires from 21 to 22 inches in diameter, but it has an elastic hem similar to a fitted bed sheet. This cover is also available in white if you prefer, part # 052963751000. I am including a couple links to more information on tire sizing if needed.
