Secure your boat's bow to your trailer with this heavy-duty, first-generation, BoatBuckle tie-down strap. It is simple to hook up and gives you peace of mind during transport.

Loop the hook end of the strap around your trailer's frame and through the loop end. Once your boat is loaded, attach the hook to the tie-down anchor on the bow of your boat. Pull the other loop end of the strap to remove any slack and turn the buckle down to tighten the strap.

Note: A bow tie-down should always be used along with a winch strap and a set of transom or gunwale tie-downs. All straps and cables should be chosen according to their safe working load limit (WLL). To determine the maximum load, or break strength, of the strap, simply multiply the WLL by 3. The WLL is always one-third (1/3) of the maximum load.
