Today we are going to show you the Thule Crossover 40 liter backpack and duffel bag combination, part number THTCDP-1. The Thule Crossover backpack and duffel bag combo is a hybrid bag that will function both as a backpack and as a traditional style duffel bag. On the bottom of the duffel are raised rails to help protect the bag and keep it from sliding around in overhead cargo bins. There are four cinching straps on the side of the bag that help keep the bag tight and compact. The cinching straps use die-stamped aluminum buckles for adjustment. 0:33
On the top of the bag are both traditional duffel bag handles and backpack straps so that the bag can be used as a backpack. The backpack straps are made of Thules cool mesh design, a padded, breathable strap for your comfort. On the sides of the bag there are two large gusseted side pockets on each side of the bag for keeping smaller items handy. There are quick grab and go handles at the top and bottom of the bag that provide a great place to hang the bag, or grab it quickly on your way out the door. On the top of the bag is Thules crush proof safe zone. As with the other Thule Crossover bags, the backpack and duffel bag combo features a 25 year limited warranty. Now we are going to give you a hands-on of all those features. On the bottom of the bag when used as duffel, are raised rubber rails. These raised rubber rails will provide some protection for the contents inside of the bag, as well as keeping it from sliding around in the overhead cargo bin. On the sides of the bag are cinching straps. Cinching straps are used to help keep the bag compact and snug. The adjustment buckles are made of a die-stamped aluminum that will hold up much longer than traditional plastic buckles. Again, on both sides of the bag are large gusseted side pockets that are perfect for keeping smaller items. On the top of the bag is the Thule crush proof safe zone. The crush proof safe zone provides a removable hard shell polypropylene that will help protect the items inside. On the top of the bag is where you will find Thules cool mesh backpack straps as well as the more traditional duffel bag handles. On the top of the bag is the zipper access for the main compartment. The main compartment is plenty spacious for whatever you need to carry, whether it is a laptop, clothes or any other item.
