TorkLift Camper Tie-Downs - Custom Frame Mount - Rear
A little tougher to install than the front ones but not too bad. Torklift tie downs are very well made, tried he bumper attached one but I guess bumpers aren't what they used to be I saw bending at the tie down after one trip. So bought these. Entrailer as usual priced well and fast shipping.
Tommy C recommended the TorkLift Camper Tie-Downs. The Instructions are great and very easy to follow. They supply some cool wire helpers to hold bolts in the frame for you. All went very smoothly and a very secure. I love how solid the Camper feels on the truck.

TorkLift Camper Tie-Downs - Custom Frame Mount - Front
The units appeared to be well made and were nicely painted. I installed them on my F150. The tools and hardware supplied were of good quality and installation was straight forward. Two people would have been great, but I was able to install both sides in a little less than an hour. The holes all line up very well. I like these better than the previous units I had on my 2013, as they do not stick out as far - so less noticeable. The extension arms come out at a very nice angle just under the body. I find these units with quality I expected and I think they will be highly functional in attaching my camper.
I had the mountings professionally attached to the frame. The hatches can be easily removed when not in use( and I would recommend that to keep them from being stolen). Using chains and turnbuckles, I feel very comfortable with my truck camper staying where it is.. does not rock, very solid. It’s nice to feel secure about my camper staying firmly attached. It was worth the investment.

Brophy Slide In Camper Tie-Downs - No Drill Bed Mount - Qty 4
I used these to mount a vintage 1970 Avion C-11 to a 1993 D250. They worked great and were much stronger than I expected - and it was a huge cost savings (and a much more attractive look) than some of the frame mounted options of more than $1000. There were some oddities that I noticed. It was impossible to mount them exactly the way the instructions suggested because of where on the wings near the cab,. The brackets also could not stay on with the camper unloaded because they would hit the jack mounts, meaning they had to me bolted in after the camper was in the truck but before lowering the jacks, making the access to the bolts a frustrating 'feel for it' experience.I'f suggest the manufacturer secure the bolt so that you don't need to hold both sides when tightening/loosening, and also refine it to need less turns to do so. It took me 2 hours to mount the first time, and not much less when removing them with the limited access. The pads also came off in the first use. I gave it a 5 star because I realize there are limited options for older campers and anything universal is going to have issues with some thing - so that's just my input and experience. Overall pretty reasonable for the price and functionality.
The product was shipped extremely quickly, it arrived 3 days after I ordered them. As far as the product goes I was extremely pleased that they were as easy to install as the product video showed them to be. I had been looking for a tie down system that would work for my 2018 Ford since I purchased my camper in 2020 and after much research I found these at etrailer. One word of advice is that if your camper has a shower or other design that allows the camper to extend across the bed behind the wheel wells, either move the rear tie downs forward or shorten the leveling stud before you attempt to load your camper. On mine it turned out that once the tie downs were placed and attached I had to cut off about 3 inches of the threads. Other than that it was an easy install although the bolts that attach the tie downs to the under lip clamp are a challenge to install but take your time and they will go on. I will post an update once I have been on the road for a few trip and see how they are working. Thank you etrailer for your super fast shipping and online product videos.

Brophy Stake Pocket Mounted Camper Tie-Downs - Bed Mount - Qty 4
Used these on my 2012 Tundra Crew max Had to put in more effort in the installation then the instruction tell or show. for example the truck pockets where these slide into I had too cut the plastic that was covering the holes, I removed the tail light on one side to get the top bolt screwed in. I had to remove the gas cap and plastic to secure the top bold. I also added bigger washers cause there are existing hole that hold the factory plastic so the nut couldn't slide out and away. Other then that these mount work great
Not compatible with 99 Ford F-150, even though the description said it was. Stake pockets are double walled on this truck. Bolts too short. Very frustrating.

TorkLift Camper Tie-Downs - Custom Frame Mount - Rear
I originally ordered the incorrect rear Torklifts camper hold downs for my truck. However, I called etrailer and explained my error. They not only helped me pick the correct ones, they sent them out that day. I haven’t installed the rear TC hold downs yet. I was most impressed with the free shipping both ways with no questions asked! I was issued an RMA and the refund came quickly. Very good customer service in an age when there often isn’t any service , let alone great service. The front mounts fit perfectly!
Installed on a Curt 2 1/2 receiver just put on my F350 SD Supercab Diesel SRW 4x4. This bracket does fit this truck with the Curt receiver. I found a little oil on the drill bits and a reamer to remove the last bit of metal from the holes in the receiver helped mount the brackets.

Brophy Slide In Camper Tie-Downs - Extra Clearance - No Drill Bed Mount - Qty 4
Easy to put on they work perfectly very solid I have a 20-22 palomino SS 1251 truck camper Badland Edition doing a great job thank you a bunch
After installing the tie downs per the instructions I proceeded to connect a turnbuckle with chains and upon tightening it down the Brophy tie downs turned towards the camper connection point. In other words they would not tighten up.

The hardest part of the installation was removing the frame bolts from the truck that are reused. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and each piece fit perfectly where it was supposed to go. You don't need to be a mechanic to get these installed, but the proper tools are a must, along with a good chunk of an afternoon.
All parts arrived in good condition. The Torklift part you recommended was the exact fit, installation went well.

TorkLift Camper Tie-Downs - Custom Frame Mount - Rear
Forklift tie downs are manufactured to exact fit to existing manufactured frame rail holes. They lined up perfectly and after 6000 miles with camper on board have stayed secure. The only downside, (this is relative to when and ware you use you camper) they will corrode when driving through snow covered roads that have been treated with sand and/or salt. I use an oil based product to protect them corroding.
Easy install, very effective way to keep the camper were it's supposed to be. Just bought a new truck and ordered another set for it. As long as I have a bed mounted camper I will be using this tie down system.

HappiJac Camper Tie-Downs - Custom Bed and Bumper Mount - Front and Rear
I put these on my F250 for when I carry my Northstar Camper and they have made an enormous difference, especially in sway. They work!
You should make the front angles a little longer for the top of the frame of the truck but thank you very much all done

HappiJac Camper Tie-Downs - Custom Bed and Bumper Mount - Front and Rear
Easy to install. Camper was only off my truck 2 hours. Better handling and more secure than pocket stake system. Only downside is drilling holes in exterior truck body, not a problem for me and blends in pretty well.
Fairly easy installation, drilling a few holes was the hardest part. Good instructions. Looks sturdy.

HappiJac Camper Tie-Downs - Custom Bed and Bumper Mount - Front and Rear
The tie down kit is very high quality, and the installation instructions were spot on. Our truck is in mint condition and I wanted a tie down system that was low profile, and did not take away from the looks of the truck when camper not on it. I've not used the turnbuckles yet, but they are set up ready for work and look great.
I had previously used camper tie-downs that went into the stake pockets on the corners of the bed. They worked but kept bending up. I finally switched to the HappiJac version that adds unobtrusive mounts to the front of the bed and to the corners of the rear bumper. Mounting requires drilling and some time but wasn't bad with directions from etrailer. Front mounts are fantastic improvement. The rears are easy to use, but I see the bumper flexing. So far there is no sign of the bumper deforming at all. Five stars for the front mounts and three stars for the rears. Overall, though, big improvement over stake pocket tie-downs. I have a 2002 Ford F250 Superduty with a Lance Squire 10.5 camper.

HappiJac Camper Tie-Downs - Custom Bed and Bumper Mount - Front and Rear
The mount kit feels nice and sturdy, but the threads on one of the black front brackets was damaged and needed to be chased with a thread tap. The silver turnbuckle style braces needed to be bent way differently on the side that goes to the black front bracket. Irritating that a kit this expensive needs any kind of modification to work. I have a 2010 Tundra 4x4 double cab.
Great product easy to put on and take off. Just make sure that you tighten the locking nut because I didn't the first time and they vibrated loose! Tightened them and they never came loose after that.

TorkLift Camper Tie-Downs - Custom Frame Mount - Front
TLN3404 installed on 2016 Titan XD. Very sturdy product, hardware was short by (2) 1/2” flat washers, (6 shown on instructions, 4 in package)no big deal there. Install goes fast with an impact gun. 3/4”(19mm) and 17mm sockets plus a 3/4 wrench req. tip: if you have a small magnet, width of a pencil, you can easily capture the flange nuts. My driver’s side clears the 6” exhaust tip by a 1/4”, should be fine. Directions are straightforward.
Fit perfect and easy to install. Torklift says they won't fit with the factory running boards, but you can make it work by loosening the running board bolts, inserting a few washers and dropping the running boards by a 1/4 inch. This will give enough clearance for the tie downs

TorkLift Camper Tie-Downs - Custom Frame Mount - Rear
TLN2410 installed on 2016 Titan XD. Very sturdy product, all hardware was good. Will require 3/4”(19mm) and 14mm sockets. Note: directions a little off, you can fish the 7/16 bolt and plate through the bottom hole in frame as shown, but don’t try the 1/2” bolts there (ask me how I know, spent 20 minutes fishing the plate back out). Use the hole just above what is shown in the picture, on the side of frame, it will accommodate the 1/2” hardware. Also the front mounts will not quite clear the full length oem running boards which I was aware of and will swap out for shorter boards. Other than the “minor detail” with the instructions, they are fine and the mount is solid.
I am very happy with the Torklift camper tiedowns. Install was easy. They fit to my frame perfectly. I was skeptical at first that all the holes would line up. But they did. I drive down the road with confidence that my camper is staying Secure. I have put over a Thousand miles with the camper.
