Now the Destination is a solid bike carrier for your E-bikes, that weigh up to 70 pounds each. As far as your contacts, you have on the rear wheel, a single strap, the front wheel, you have two straps, and a center mast clamp that makes contact with the frame. If you have a carbon fiber bike or something with a special paint job, you definitely don't wanna go with something that's gonna make this kind of contact, however, we do offer cradle mount options. So as far as clearance on the rear of the vehicle in the upright position, the bike carrier will affect your backup sensors as well as your backup camera and license plate. It looks like the tires also will be obscured, you know, well, no, it looks pretty good as far as clearing the back of your tail lights, but depending on your bike, you may still have interference as far as seeing from your handlebar, so that will vary from your style bike.

Now this is gonna be a great option for you if you're looking for kinda like a mid-range bike rack that's gonna be able to accommodate really heavy e-bikes. It's gonna be able to handle at most 80 pounds per bike, holding up the two of them, and we're gonna have three points of contact and we're gonna have one strap on each tire that sits in these cradles, and we're gonna have this ratcheting hook that's padded and the center making contact with our frame. Since we are making contact with the frame, I wouldn't recommend using any carbon frame bikes on it or even some alternative frame bikes on it. So we're still gonna have our tilt away feature and to do that, it's gonna be a little bit of a process, but we're gonna actually have to remove this safety clip and pull this pin out, you might have to lift up on the rack just a little bit, then when I have to pull this other pin and let it fall back, and sometimes you might have to jostle that extra pin in the back, but sometimes it'll just fall past that and unlatch for you.
