Rhino Rack Watersport Carriers Review - 2014 Ford Escape

Today, on our 2014 Ford Escape we are test fitting the Rhino Rack J Style Kayak Carrier, product number S510. Now, all the straps are included in the set, the only straps that are not included are these anchor straps right here. That product number is RRBAS and it only comes with one in each pack. First we're going to start by taking off our bow and stern straps here. We just undo this strap keeper and let all the loose strap go. Turn this around, we're going to feed the extra strap through here.



Thule SUP Taxi Stand-Up Paddleboard Carrier Review - 2013 Ford Escape

Today on our 2013 Ford Escape, we'll be test fitting the Thule SUP Taxi Stand-Up Paddle Board Carrier, part number TH810. Now with our roof rack system already assembled to the vehicle, we'll go ahead and set the carrier onto the front crossbar, swing the rubber coated steel straps on the underside of the crossbar, bring them up, snap them into position and turn the grey knobs to tighten them down and secure the carrier to the crossbar. We can then repeat this process for the rear crossbar. It is important to get the paddle board carriers perpendicular to each other to ensure that your paddle boards are secured down correctly. To load our cargo, we'll undo the grey plate at the face of the carrier; this will allow us to bring out the slack of the rope. That completes today's test fit for the Thule SUP Taxi Stand-Up Paddle Board Carrier with a two board capacity, part number TH810 on our 2013 Ford Escape.



Thule SUP Taxi Stand-Up Paddleboard Carrier Review - 2012 Ford Escape

Today, on our 2012 Ford Escape, we'll be test fitting the Thule SUP Taxi Stand Up Paddle Board Rack with a two-board capacity, part number TH810. With our Thule Rapid Crossroad Racks in place, we'll take our rack and set it up on the front bar. Next, we'll take your T-strap, wrap it around the bar, and place it back into the foot. Next, go around the other side of the vehicle and repeat. This time, you can tighten it on up with the wing nut. Once you have both make secure with the wing nuts, you can move to the rear bar. You can repeat this process to mount your rack as well.



Thule SUP Taxi Stand-Up Paddleboard Carrier Review - 2008 Ford Escape

Today on our 2008 Ford Escape, we'll be test fitting the Thule SUP Taxi standup paddleboard carrier with a 2-board capacity, part number TH810. With the Thule AeroBlade roof rack system assembled onto our vehicle, we'll begin our test fit by placing the front half of our carrier directly onto our front bar. We'll bring the rubber-coated straps around the underside of our load bar, fitting them back into the foot, and then using the hand knob to tighten them down. We'll do this on both the passenger and driver side of the vehicle. Now we'll grab the second half of our carrier and place it on our rear bar. We'll go ahead and line it up with the front half of our carrier.
