Hi everyone. Aiden here with etrailer. Today, we're gonna be taking a look at this Flint Hill Goods hitch-mounted cargo carrier and seeing how it fits on the back of our 2024 Buick Enclave. Now this is Flint Hill Goods' compact carrier, which really just means it's gonna be smaller than all of their other offerings. It's not so much smaller in the width, it's still pretty wide, but the depth is quite short. So what that means for your Enclave here is from the bumper to the furthest point out, we're only gonna be adding 23 inches.

Today on our 2019 Buick Enclave, we're going to be taking a look at the Curt aluminum hitch mounted cargo carrier.Now my absolute favorite thing about this carrier is how easy it's going to be to put on and take off. And that's because it's extremely lightweight, since it is made from aluminum. And we're not going to have to worry about it rusting or looking beat off either.I also liked the fact that this is going to be somewhat more of a compact cargo carrier. So it's probably not going to be a huge deal if you do decide to leave it on for a while, when it comes to parking or driving around in those tight spots.Now, as far as exactly how much length it's going to add to the back of your Enclave, from the bumper to the edge of our carrier, it's going to be right about 25 and a half inches.It's also going to sit nice and high up off the ground. Exactly how much from the ground to the bottom here That's right at about 18 inches.

Today on our 2016 Buick Enclave, we're doing a test fit of the Curt 20 by 48 cargo carrier. That part number is C18110. Now, we already have this installed here. It's going to have a 300-pound weight capacity but it is very light weight so it's easy to insert and take out of your hitch. It works with both 1 1/4-inch and 2-inch hitches. Now, with it installed here, we're going to start off with a few measurements.



Stromberg Carlson Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2015 Buick Enclave

Today on our 2015 Buick Enclave we're doing a test fit of the Stromberg-Carlson 23 by 60 cargo carrier. That part number is CC-100. This is designed to work with 2" hitches only and has a weight capacity of 500 pounds. Now although it does have a very high weight capacity, it is on the lighter end of our carriers so it's very easy to insert and remove from our hitch whenever we need to. We'll start off here. We're going to take a few measurements, ground clearance being first.

Now this is designed to work with 2" hitches only and has a weight capacity of 500 pounds. Though it does have that very high weight capacity, it is a really lightweight. It's on one of our lighter ends. It's made out of aluminum so it's going to be really durable and really sturdy. The first thing we're going to do is take a few measurements.

Today on our 2015 Buick Enclave we're going to be doing a test fit of the sport rack Vista cargo carrier. Now, this one is going to have your 2 inch shank that does fold and stow up against the back end of the vehicle. As well as a 20 by 60 inch base here with the expanding metal bottom. For easy clean ability. The sturdy stow construction is going to offer a 500 pound weight capacity. It will be part number SR5891.



SportRack Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2015 Buick Enclave

Today on our 2015 Buick Enclave, we're going to be doing a test fit of the Sportrack Vista cargo carrier. This is going to be 20 inches wide by 60 inches long and have that nice, wide expanded metal base for easy cleanability as well as a sturdy steel construction that's going to offer a 500 pound weight capacity. It is also going to have a sturdy 2-inch shank that's going to attach to our 2-inch receiver using that 3/4 inch anti-rattle bolt to help reduce the sway, rattle and wobble that you normally have in your cargo carriers. Let's go ahead and start off by getting a few measurements. This is going to be part number SR9849. The closest distance is going to be about 7 1/4 inches. Overall distance is going to be about 28 3/4 inches.



Curt 24x60 Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2015 Buick Enclave

Today on our 2015 Buick Enclave, we're going to be doing a test fit of the Curt Cargo Carrier. This is going to be part number C18153. It's going to be 24 inches wide by 60 inches long. Have that nice expanded metal base for easy cleanability as well as a sturdy steel construction that's going to offer a 500-pound weight capacity. Another nice feature about it is it's going to have that nice folding 2-inch shank and it's going to fit into our 2-inch receivers just fine. With the attachment to our receiver from our shank, it's going to attach using a hitch pin and clip and it's not going to be included so if you'd like to obtain one, you can get it on our website, part number PC3. Detail K2 20x60 Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2015 Buick Enclave

Today on our 2015 Buick Enclave we're going to be doing a test fit of the Detail K2 cargo carrier. This is going to be 20" wide by 60" long, have that nice expanded metal base for easy cleanability, as well as a sturdy steel construction that's going to offer a 500 pound weight capacity. Another nice feature about this is its nice folding 2" shank that will fold up and stow against the back of the vehicle when you don't have it in use. It will attach to your class three receivers using that 2" shank with no anti-rattle bolt. It's going to have a hitch pin and clip. Hollywood Racks Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2015 Buick Enclave

Today on our 2015 Buick Enclave, we're going to be doing a test fit of the Hollywood Racks cargo carrier. Now this cargo carrier in particular, part number HR1485 is going to fit on the backs of your two cargo carrier, or two bike racks, excuse me, from Hollywood Racks. And one's gonna be the one that you see here today, which is gonna be the SE2 two with Hollywood Racks. SE2, and that's gonna be part number HR1450. It'll also fit in just the sport rider, which will be part number HR1400. With those two bike racks, on the back side here there's a reflector that can be removed. And once you remove that reflector, you'll then be able to place your cargo carrier on the back side.



Lets Go Aero Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2015 Buick Enclave

Today on our 2015 Buick Enclave we're going to be doing a test fit of the Let's Go Aero GearCage. This is going to be 32 inches wide by 48 inches long. It's going to have that nice base here so you don't need to worry about losing any things or any items through it. It's going to offer a sturdy steel construction with a 300 pound weight capacity, and a 2 inch shank attaching to our 2 inch receiver, via a 78 inch anti-rattle ball that's going to help to secure it and keep it from wiggling around, rattling or bouncing around at the back of your vehicle. Let's start off by getting a few measurements. This is going to be part number HCR222. It's going to be about 600.25 inches at the closest distance, overall distance is going to be about 40.25 inches. Our ground clearance is going to be about 14.75 inches.



Pro Series Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2015 Buick Enclave

Today on our 2015 Buick Enclave we'll be doing a test fit of the Pro-series Solo Cargo Carrier. This is a 31" X 47" cargo rack with a sturdy steel construction and a 2" shank for 2" hitches only. It has a 400 pound capacity and your pin and clip are included. This will be part number PS1040100. Let's go ahead and insert this into our receiver. We'll go ahead and line up our pinholes and insert our pin. Next insert your clip. Now let's get some measurements.



MaxxTow Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2015 Buick Enclave

Today on our 2015 Buick Enclave we're going to be doing the test fit of the MaxxTow 20 by 47 cargo carrier. This has a solid aluminum construction and a 500 pound capacity. It's got a 2" shank for 2" hitches only and it's going to be part number MT70108. Let's go ahead and fit this into our enclave. With these Enclaves the receiver is going to be quite a ways under there so let's go ahead and crawl underneath and line up our pinholes, insert our included pin and clip. Once you got your holes lined up, insert your included pin and your clip.

Today on our 2015 Buick Enclave we'll be doing a test fit of the MaxxTow 17 by 50 cargo carrier. It's going to have a 500 pound capacity, solid steel construction, and a 2" shank for 2" hitches only. It's going to be part number MT70107. Let's go ahead and fit this onto our Enclave. I'm going to go ahead and add while we're putting our shank into our receiver that our hitch pin and clip are included for this application. Let's go ahead and line up our pinholes.



Curt 17x46 Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2015 Buick Enclave

Today, on our 2015 Buick Enclave, we'll be doing a test fit of the Curt Cargo Carriers, 17x46 inch, 500 pound capacity, steel constructed, cargo carrier for 1-1/4 inch and 2 inch hitches. We have a 2 inch hitch here today, so let's go ahead and put on our carrier. It's going to be part number C18145. Insert that into your 2-inch receiver, just make sure your plastic adapter gets in there the right way, there you go. Then we'll go and line up our pin holes. Once you got your pin holes lined up go ahead and insert your anti-rattle bolt that's included and thread that in as far as you can by hand.



Surco Products 24x60 Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2015 Buick Enclave

Today on our 2015 Buick Enclave we're going to be doing a test fit of the Surco cargo carrier 24 by 60". It's going to be a sturdy steel construction with a 500 weight capacity, a 2" shank for 2" hitches only, and it's going to be part number 52018. Just as a reference for this part, it does not come with your hitch pin and clip, so if you'd like to obtain one you can get it on our website at etrailer.com, part number PC3. Let's go ahead and take our shank and insert it into our receiver. Once you have it inserted let's go ahead and line up our pinholes. Once your pinholes are lined up, go ahead and slide in your pin and your clip.



Curt Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2014 Buick Enclave

Today on this 2014 Buick Enclave, we're going to show you a Curt Cargo Carrier for two-inch hitches, part number C18151. This has a steel construction with a corrosion-resistant black tar coat finish. The hitch pin and clip is included. This is what the cargo carrier looks like when it's on the back of our Buick. We'll go ahead and get some quick measurements. From the bumper to the closest part of the cargo carrier is going to be just under 12 inches. Let's go ahead and take a look at the measurement it goes overall: From the bumper to the outside, we're looking at about 32 and a half inches of length added to the vehicle.



Stromberg Carlson Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2012 Buick Enclave

Today on this 2012 Buick Enclave we're going to be test fitting the Stromberg-Carlson cargo carrier 23 by 60, part number CC-100. This has a carrying capacity of 500 pounds. It has this mesh floor, which makes it very easy to clean. You're also going to see these points all the way around the cargo carrier. That's going to serve as a tie down point for either your ratchet straps or your bungee cords. You also have three pre-drilled holes here.
