Today on our 2011 Toyota Sienna well be test fitting the Surco 24 inch by 60 inch cargo carrier, part number 52018. To mount this carrier to our vehicle well insert the shank of the carrier into the receiver tube of our hitch. Well line up the hitch pin holes and secure the carrier with the standard five eighths inch pin and clip. Now well go over a handful of clearance measurements. Weve got about 12 inches of ground clearance at the rear of our cargo carrier and about a half an inch of clearance between the closest part of the carrier and the closest part of our bumper. Overall weve added about 26 and a half inches of length to the rear of our vehicle.



Curt Folding Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2012 Toyota Sienna

Today, on our 2012 Toyota Sienna, we'll be test fitting the Curt 24 inch x 60 inch folding cargo carrier, part number C18132. To mount our carrier to the vehicle, we need to insert the shank of the carrier into the receiver tube of the hitch. We'll line up our hitch pinhole and we'll secure the carrier with the standard 5/8 pinning clip. We won't be able to use the carrier in the folded-up position due to inadequate clearance for the bumper. Now, we'll go over some clearance measurements. We've got about 18 and a half inches of ground clearance at the rear of the carrier and about 10 inches of clearance between the closest part of the carrier and the closest part of the bumper.



Curt Folding Aluminum Cargo Carrier Review - 2012 Toyota Sienna

Today, on our 2012 Toyota Sienna, we'll be test fitting the Curt folding aluminum cargo carrier, part number C18100. Now, there's not enough bumper clearance to use this carrier in its upright position so we'll just use it as a flat carrier. To mount the carrier to the vehicle, we'll insert the shank into the receiver tube of the hitch, line up the hitch pinholes and secure the carrier using a standard 5/8-inch pinning clip. Next, we'll go over some clearance measurements. We've got about 13 inches of ground clearance at the rear of the carrier and about six inches of clearance between the closest part of the carrier and the closest part of the bumper. Overall, we've added about 26 inches of length to the rear of our vehicle.



Curt Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2012 Toyota Sienna

Today on our 2012 Toyota Sienna, we'll be test fitting the Curt 20-inch by 48-inch cargo carrier, part number C18145. To mount our carrier to the vehicle, we'll insert the shank of the carrier into the receiver tube of the hitch. We'll line up our hitch pin hole, thread in our anti-rattle bolt, and tighten it down using a wrench. Next, we're going to go over a handful of clearance measurements. We've got about 11-1/2 inches of ground clearance and 1 inch of clearance between the closest part of the carrier and the closest part of the bumper. Overall, we've added about 21 inches of length to the rear of our vehicle.
