Today on our 2012 Toyota Sienna we're doing a test fit of the Thule T2 Classic Platform Style 2 Bike Rack. That part number is TH9044. Now we already have our bike secured down. We're first going to show you one of the key features of this rack. We're going to come around to the back and start by pulling out our pin. With that out we can pull down on our level and gently tilt down our bike rack with our bikes fully loaded.

Yakima FullTilt Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2012 Toyota Sienna

Today on our 2012 Toyota Sienna, we're going to be test fitting the Yakima FullTilt 4-Bike Rack for 1 1/4 inch and two-inch hitches, part number Y02462. We'll begin our test-fit by inserting the shank of the rack into the hitch on our vehicle. It helps to keep a hand on the anti-rattle device so that it slides in better. You will also notice that this has self-locking hitch pi located here, so it will actually just snap into place when you get it in the right spot. Now with our hitch pin in place, we'll go ahead and tighten down the anti-rattle knob. This will help take any extra play out of the shank of the rack helping to eliminate movement overall as you're going down the road. As you can see, we're nice and tight there.



Saris Freedom Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2012 Toyota Sienna

Today on our 2012 Toyota Sienna, we're going to be test fitting the Saris Freedom 4 bike platform-style rack for 2 inch hitches, part number SA4414B. We'll begin our test fit by inserting the shank of the rack into the hitch on our vehicle. You'll want to watch for the hitch pin holes to line up. With those in line, you can insert the threaded anti-rattle hitch bolt. We'll go ahead and thread that down, hand tight, and then finish it off with our wrench. Make sure you're turning the wrench the right way helps. This'll help take any extra play out of the shank of the rack, and helps to eliminate movement overall going down the road. We'll attach the clip to the other side and grab a couple measurements.



Saris Axis Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2012 Toyota Sienna

Today on our 2012 Toyota Sienna, we're going to be test-fitting the Saris Access 3 bike rack for inch and a quarter and 2 inch hitches. Part number SA843B. We'll begin our test fit by inserting the shank of the rack into our hitch on our Sienna. You'll want to watch for the hitch pin holes to line up. With those in line, we'll go ahead and take the anti-rattle hitch lock and thread that into place. We'll go ahead and get this as tight as we can by hand, and then we'll finish it off with a wrench.

Today on our 2012 Toyota Sienna, we're going to be test fitting the Saris Axis 2-bike rack for 1 1/4 and 2-inch hitches, part number SA832. We'll begin our test fit by inserting the shank of the rack into the hitch on our Sienna. It does have the adapter which is easily removable. You'll want to keep a hand on it as you insert it and line up the hitch pinholes. With the hitch pinholes in line, we'll go ahead and insert the threaded anti-rattle hitch bolt. We'll tighten this.

Today on our 2012 Toyota Sienna, we're going to be test fitting the Saris Freedom Super Clamp 2-bike platform style rack for inch and a quarter and 2 inch hitches, part number SA4025. We'll begin our test fit by inserting the shank of the rack into the hitch on our vehicle. With that in place, we'll want to line up the hitch pin holes. And then insert the included anti-rattle hitch lock. We'll go ahead and tighten this down the best we can by hand, once we have it through all the way. Once we have that as tight as we can by hand we'll take our wrench and finish it off. This will help take any extra play out of the shank of the rack, helping to eliminate movement overall going down the road.



Swagman Fork Down Roof Bike Rack Review - 2012 Toyota Sienna

Today, on our 2012 Toyota Sienna, we'll be test fitting the Swagman Fork Down, fork style roof mounted bike carrier, part number S64710. To begin our test fit, we'll place the carrier directly under our crossbars. We'll start at the front by bringing the u-bolt brackets up underneath the crossbar and through our bracket platform. We'll secure it by tightening down two wing nuts. We can repeat the same process for the other side of the bracket platform. Once we have those tight, we'll move to the rear, we'll drop our u-bolt through our bike carrier, making sure it goes around our crossbar and through our black bracket, tightening and securing with our wing nuts. Once we have that tight, we can make sure that the wheel strap at the rear is undone and that our skewer at the front is loose.



RockyMounts TieRod Stretch Roof Bike Rack Review - 2012 Toyota Sienna

Today, on our 2012 Toyota Sienna, we'll be test fitting the Rocky Tie-Rod Stretch Roof Mounted Bike Carrier, part number RKY1011. To begin our test fit, we'll place the carrier directly under our crossbars. We'll bring the rubber coated straps at the front around our front crossbar fitting them back into the head of the carrier. We'll then use an Allen key to tighten the bolt which will then tighten the straps. We can go ahead and replace our black plastic cover. We'll move to the rear and bring our rear bracket around our rear crossbar. Feed the bolts through and tighten with an Allen key.



Yakima DoubleDown Ace Hitch Bike Rack Review - 2012 Toyota Sienna

Today on our 2012 Toyota Sienna well be test fitting the Yakima DoubleDown Ace 4, part number Y02451. To mount our carrier to the vehicle well insert the shank of the carrier into the receiver tube of the hitch. Well line up our hitch pin holes and use our securing pin to attach the bike rack. Then well use the hand knob at the base of the rack to tighten up and engage our anti-rattle lock. Now well go over a handful of clearance measurements. One thing to know about this bike rack, is that its designed for 2-inch receivers only. Now, well go ahead and install off our test fit by installing the bike rack into the hitch, then well go ahead and tighten down the anti-rattle bolt and put the safety pin on the other side. Thule Vertex 4 Hitch Bike Rack Review - 2012 Toyota Sienna

Alright, today on this 2012 Toyota Sienna were going to do a test fit of part #: th9029 from Thule, the Vertex 4 bike carrier. A few things to know about this bike rack, that it will work with inch and a quarter receiver hitches both class 1 and class 2, but when you use a bike rack with class 1 receiver hitch you are limited to carrying only two bicycles. This will also work with 2 inch receiver hitch with the included spacer and thats what well be using today. To start off our test fit well slide the bicycle rack into the hitch and then well go ahead and tighten down the anti-rattle bolt. Okay, now well go ahead and get some clearance measurements. Clearance between the bike rack and the bumper will be inch and 3/4.

Alright today on this 2012 Toyota Sienna, we're going to do a test fit of part no 830403XT from Sportrack. This is the Evader 3 bike carrier. A few things to note about this bicycle rack that it will work with an inch and 14 receiver hitches class 2 only. This will also work with a 2 inch receiver hitch with the included spacer and that is what we will be working with today. We will start off our test fit by installing the bike rack into the hitch and then we will go ahead and tighten down the anti retal bolt and then install a safety clip on the otehr side.
