Today were going to review part number EBMK25518. This is the Etrailer.com Ball Mount Kit for 2 -inch hitches. This kit will work with the 2 class 5 trailer hitch receivers. The kit will include a ball mount, a 2 5/16 trailer hitch ball and the Etrailer.com Ball Mount Bag.First thing well talk about is the ball mount. This ball mount is part number RP45323. It has a five-inch drop.

Now the drop would be measured from this flat surface to this flat surface. So we put a tape measure on it, we get to say five-inch drop. And if this is put in upside down the other way to give you a rise it would be a 3 -inch rise which would be from this flat surface to this surface where the ball is mounted. So, again, if we put a tape measure on that it would be 3 -inch rise. This ball mount does have a gross towing weight capacity of 18,000 pounds and a tongue weight capacity of 2,000 pounds.The next item well talk about is the trailer hitch ball.

This is a hitch ball diameter of 2 5/16 just stamped on the top of the ball. So, if the diameter is 2 5/16, it is part number 63840. It does come with the nut and the washer which is used to tighten the hitch ball down to the ball mount. The nut size on this is 1 7/8 inches. Ill give you a measurement on the shank.

The shank would be this part right here. The diameter of the shank will measure 1 inches. The overall length of the shank will be 2 inches. The gross towing weight capacity on this hitch ball would be 20,000 pounds.And the last item on this kit would be the Etrailer.com Ball Mount Bag, part number ETBMB.
