Class V Ball Mount Compatible with 2011 Ford F-350 Super Duty with Factory 2-1/2 Inch Trailer Hitch
As you have indicated, some accessories for a 2-1/2 inch receiver are not the best fit in the Ford OEM 2-1/2 inch receivers. Usually, just removing some of the powder coat on the accessory will allow it to fit. But you will want to be careful not to remove any of the metal as this can compromise the structural integrity of the accessory. However, ball mount # RP45322 does indicate that it will not fit the Ford Super Duty OEM 2-1/2 inch trailer hitch.

The Reese Titan accessories have more squared edges and the Ford Super Duty 2-1/2 inch receiver re quires something with more rounded edges like # AMSCV-2. It still may be a tight fit and in those cases, usually if you remove some of the powder coat from the ball mount shank (not any of the metal) you can get those snug accessories to fit properly. But we have had confirmation from a customer with a 2011 Ford Super Duty that it does fit his 2-1/2 inch receiver.

Tongue weight is typically 10 to 15 percent of the gross trailer weight. However there are several trailers that do not follow this rule; such as toy haulers as one example, which can be as much as 20 percent or so of the gross trailer weight. Recommendation for Removing Rattle from a Ball Mount on a 2011 Ford F350
What you could get to help with the rattle is an anti-rattle device such as the Roadmaster Quiet Hitch # RM-061. This product basically will pin the ball mount to the hitch opening and will prevent all the rattle and noise you are trying to get rid of. Check out the review video I attached for this product also. The Reese Titan Ball Mount # RP45322 you referenced is not designed to fit in 2 inch hitches and would not work for you at all so I would not recommend it for you.
