This Diversi-Tech Solid Tow adjustable ball mount provides solid, rattle-free towing performance. A stainless steel pin, operated by the included hex tool, extends out from the shank and tightens the ball mount in your receiver. The balls and the adjustable ball platform tighten also, eliminating movement. You'll enjoy the quiet, rattle-free towing experience.
A bolt in the side of the ball platform tightens it to the mount. When you loosen the bolt with the hex tool, you can slide the platform up or down to change the ball height. Or, you can slide the platform off and reverse it to use the other ball.
A bolt in the end of the platform tightens the ball set in place. When the bolt is removed, you can take out the ball set. Then you can easily replace the balls.

This is Diversi-Tech Adjustable, Multi-Ball Ball Mount, part number DTSTBM7000. Like other Diversi-Tech Ball Mounts, this is made from an aircraft grade billet aluminum. It is designed for 2 inch by 2 inch trailer hitches. It is rated for up to 10,000 lbs gross trailer weight and 1,500 lbs tongue weight. It provides a rise of up to 11 inches or a of up to 10 inches and can be adjusted in 1 inch increments. The ball platform has 2 fixed balls on it. A larger 2-5/16 and a more common 2 inch. To mount the ball platform on our shank, we are going to remove the side locking bolt and we will use the the included allen key with the kit. Then, on the face of the ball platform, we will back this set bolt off, far enough so that is flush on the inside, so that we can mount our platform to our shank. Once our bolt is flush with our platform on the inside, we can mount it on our shank. You will know it is positioned on one of the holes, because our front bolt will sit flush with the front of the face of our ball platform. Once we have the positioning bolt set, we can re-install our locking bolt. This ball mount also features Diversi-Tech tensioning system. On the top of the ball mount, there is a pin that can be adjusted that will remove any rattle between our ball mount and our hitch. We will use the included allen key to adjust the amount of tension we need to quiet our hitch down. And that does it for Diversi-Tech Adjustable Ball Mount, part number DTSTBM7000.
