This Diversi-Tech Solid Tow adjustable ball mount provides solid, rattle-free towing performance. A stainless steel pin, operated by the included hex tool, extends out from the shank and tightens the ball mount in your receiver. The balls and the adjustable ball platform tighten also, eliminating movement. You'll enjoy the quiet, rattle-free towing experience.
A bolt in the side of the ball platform tightens it to the mount. When you loosen the bolt with the hex tool, you can slide the platform up or down to change the ball height. Or, you can slide the platform off and reverse it to use the other ball.
A bolt in the end of the platform tightens the ball set in place. When the bolt is removed, you can take out the ball set. Then you can easily replace the balls.

This is Diversi-Tech Adjustable Solid Aluminum Ball Mount, part number DTSTBM6600. Like other Diversi-Tech ball mounts, it is made from a single piece of billet aluminum. It has a gross trailer weight capacity of 10,000 lbs and a tongue weight capacity up to 1,500 lbs. It can be used in either the rise or orientation. In the rise position, it can go as high as 7 inches, or, in the position, it will as much as 6 inches. It can be adjusted in 1 inch increments. The ball platform has 2 fixed balls on it. A more common 2 inch ball and a larger 2-5/16 inch ball. We will used the included Allen key to assemble our ball mount. On the side of the ball platform is a locking screw. We will back this screw off, so we can remove the front screw. When we back off the front screw, we will create enough clearance that we can slide our ball mount on top of our shank. We will slide it over our adjustable shank and begin to tighten this front Allen screw down again. You will know it is properly seated in one of the adjustment holes, when you are able to get the screw flush with the ball mount itself. We will re-install the set screw on the side, to lock everything into place. On top of the ball mount, is Diversi-Tech tensioning system. There is a pin that will pop out of our ball mount and remove any slack between our ball mount and our receiver hitch. Again we will use the included Allen key to adjust the tension. And that is it for the Diversi-Tech Adjustable Aluminum Ball Mount, part number DTSTBM6600.

Solid Product The DT ball mount is well built and easy to use. The adjustability is great. The anti-rattle is a nice feature. It limits the wear and tear on the shank.4257
