This is a Self-Locking Aluminum Ball Mount from Diversi-Tech, part number DTLBM9200. Diversi-Tech ball mounts are made from aircraft grade billet aluminum. They are machined from a solid block of aluminum. This ball mount has a 14,000 lbs trailer weight capacity and a 2,000 lbs tongue weight capacity. When used in the position it offers 2 inches of , from the top of the shank to the top of the ball platform. When used in the rise position, it offers 1 inch of rise, from the top of the shank to the top of the ball platform. Built into the ball mount are spring-loaded, stainless steel anti-rattle balls. These balls help take out some of the noise created from the ball mount being inside your receiver hitch.
This is also one of their self-locking models. There is no need to use a hitch pin with this model, as it is built into the ball mount itself. To remove the ball mount from your vehicle, turn the lock and the pins will retract. This is a great security feature, because there is nothing sticking outside of the receiver, for potential thieves to cut off. It is also convenient, because you will not need to remember a separate pin and clip or a separate hitch lock. And that is it for the Diversi-Tech Ball Mount, part number DTLBM9200.
