Do not purchase this item. I ordered this item, and the plate that is welded onto the U channel was welded off center. This blocked me from putting two of the bolts throlugh the plate, while having plenty of room on the other side. I called customer service and they sent me a replacement, which had the same defect, but also on this one they ground off some of the weld in order to try and correct the misalignment.14610
