The trailer tongue and balls appear to be excellent products. The tongue is not like the cheap ones you see with any visible welds. I'm guessing this thing is milled from solid stock. However, my carry bag busted open during shipment and the pin was lost. (There was some damage to the box that my receiver hitch came in and I'm guessing the pin fell out one of the holes.) The sewing in the seams of the entire end of the bag came apart. However, I called customer service and waited only a short time on hold. The service representative answered my questions quickly and assured me that a replacement pin would ship that evening or the following day. My pin arrived in the mail soon thereafter, as promised. I am very impressed with customer service.40487
