I needed some attachment parts for a Yakima Skybox cartop carrier. Couldn't find what I needed easilly at Yakima's website but a Google search turned up eTrailer as a vendor. Could have called Yakima but went with eTrailer instead on a whim. I was 99% sure they had what i needed but called anyway. Great customer service late Saturday afternoon confirmed what I needed was in stock. Arrived as promised Weds, installed Thurs for an early Friday AM trip needing extra cargo space. etrailer.com is now a preferred on-line vendor for me now.54649
