Called hoping to find a part for a 14 year old bike rack. No model number or name. Only Yakima 4 bike rack that tilted to access the trunk. Amy answered the phone and now the bikes are on the road. She searched and gave me part numbers so I could look at the product and its spec's with her until we got the right ones. My cat was meowing in the back ground and we talked about her cats and mine while we looked for my parts. Very personable, worked until the order was complete and correct and shipped it the same day. Earned my future business and anybody's I can tell about getting good parts, good price and good service.

You need this when converting from the 1.25 inch to the 2 inch hitch.
Simple to install. Lots of peace of mind as it secures two more bikes to my initial rack. I bought the rack second hand and it was missing this bolt although it had be holding four bikes.

Exactly what I needed, initially the part was not on hand and I was contacted by customer service and notified of a delay. The agent put me on hold to confirm availability from their warehouse and was able to expidite so the shipment was minimally delayed. Outstanding service.
