  • If you can verify that the clunk noise is coming from the actuator, then a faulty damper would be the likely culprit. The damper controls the movement of the coupler into the actuator. The correct damper for your Titan Aero 6000 actuator is part # T4502000. The Aero 6000 changed to the Aero 7500 and the part number for the damper changed.   • It sounds like to me that the coupler is not functioning properly and that is why you are noticing the brakes releasing and activating quickly. You will need to check the shock activation on your coupler. This is best done with a helper, that can watch the activation of the coupler while you are in driving.
