• Since the Replacement Locking Hand Knob, # 753-1908-04, and the Thule Low-Rider Bike Block with Locking Skewer, # TH821XT, both have the Thule One Key System, all you will need to do is add a 4 pack of Thule Locking Cylinders, part # TH544. Put in the new cylinders, and all 4 parts will be keyed alike. You will need the Universal Change Key, # 853-1251, to remove the old cylinders. The threaded part of the knob is an 8 millimeter diameter and the threaded part is 3-7/16 inches long.

• On the Thule Spare Me spare tire mount bike rack, # TH963PRO, the installation instructions, which I have linked for you to review, state that for a 33 inch or larger tire you would need to use the included long mount brackets and long standoff. The knob bolt length is not a factor. But I did measure the length of the threaded portion and it is 3-1/2 inches long.
