Rola emplyee went back and forth with me for a month saying parts did not exist. Called another emplyee and he had part number and referred me to etrailer. Their order desk was outstanding, part in stock, multiple shipping methods, fair price for item and shipping got a day earlier than advised. Bought an extra one of these (partly because I needed three extra dollars to get the free shipping...thank you etrailer!) because I always loose one or two (always my fault). They seem really sturdy though and hold my bikes nicely against the rack.52811
