Designed for your vehicle with a factory tow package, this wiring harness plugs into the quick-connect harness located under your dashboard and into your Hopkins Agility, Impulse, Reliance or BrakeForce brake controller for easy installation.
Features:
Tech Tip: The OEM plug in your vehicle is located under the dashboard to the right of the steering column, behind the black pocket in the dash.
This brake-control wiring adapter will simplify the installation of your Hopkins electric brake controller. Once the brake controller is installed, the harness then plugs into a port under the dash. Because your vehicle has a factory tow package, all the wires for the brake controller have already been run from the 7-way trailer connector at the back of the truck to the plug under the dash. If your vehicle does not have a factory 7-way, additional wiring will be necessary to complete installation.
